Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all false nails are considered personal use products.

Once false nails have left our studio, it is not possible for us to determine whether they have been worn or used. For hygiene protection and the safety of all our clients, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on false nails under any circumstances.
